The LAZZEN NDZ3AT-150B is a 150A single-pole high-voltage DC contactor with epoxy-encapsulated sealed construction, designed for the main contactor position in electric vehicles and other single-phase high-load DC circuits. Polarized main contacts are rated DC450V / DC750V working voltage with DC1000V insulation (Ui), delivering up to 1500A one-time breaking at DC450V and a graded short-time withstand from 900A (8 s) down to 180A (2 h). The 6W control coil accepts DC12V or DC24V rated voltage over a 75%–110% Uc window, closes in ≤30 ms and drops out in ≤10 ms. With 300,000 mechanical cycles at 3600 cycles/hour, ≤0.5 mΩ contact resistance, 20g/50g shock stability and 10–500 Hz 5g vibration endurance, the NDZ3AT-150B is built for the vibration, temperature and safety demands of road vehicles.
