Warranty

This warranty applies to all series of high-voltage DC contactors, DC circuit breakers, EV fuses, current sensors, connectors and power modules supplied by Beian New Energy Co., Ltd. from the following brands:

• Standard Warranty: 12-month factory warranty, starting from the shipment date.
• Extended Warranty: coverage beyond 12 months requires the operating conditions to be stated in writing in the contract; otherwise, the standard 12-month warranty applies.

• Unless otherwise agreed, the warranty period is uniformly calculated from the shipment date.
• For complete vehicle supporting projects, the start date may be agreed as the equipment off-line date in the contract.
• Replacement products within the warranty period inherit the remaining warranty period of the original product.
• If the remaining period is less than 3 months, a minimum 3-month warranty is guaranteed.

• Within the warranty period, if the original factory confirms product manufacturing defects after inspection, free product replacement or maintenance services will be provided.
• The supplier shall bear the round-trip logistics costs of faulty products.

No indirect losses shall be compensated, including but not limited to: equipment downtime loss, disassembly and assembly labour costs, supporting equipment damage and project delay losses.
